Product Description

1. High-Capacity Battery Module System
Eight independent 52.249kWh battery packs, with a total system capacity of 418kWh. Utilizes high-quality 314Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, featuring a wide voltage range, high efficiency, long cycle life, and excellent stability.
2. 8kW Liquid Cooler and Cooling Circuit
Dedicated dual-circuit liquid cooling piping (blue inlet/red return) enables precise temperature control, eliminates hot spots, and extends battery life.
3. Power and Control Integration Area
PCS (Power Conversion System): Bidirectional inverter for DC-AC conversion, supporting grid-connected, off-grid, and peak-shaving operation modes.
Control Box: Central intelligent control unit, integrating the Battery Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), and communication module for real-time monitoring, remote control, and energy dispatch.
High-Voltage Box: Integrates high-voltage distribution unit with overcurrent/overvoltage/short-circuit protection functions to ensure safe power transmission.
4. Multi-layered Safety Protection System
Temperature and Smoke Detectors: Real-time multi-point monitoring enables early detection of overheating and fire.
Aerosol Fire Suppression System: Automatic clean gas fire suppression system, activates instantly, extinguishes fires without damaging equipment.

Excess solar photovoltaic power or low-cost grid electricity is stored in its 418kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack and discharged on demand to power commercial/industrial loads or feed back into the grid. This reduces electricity costs and balances the intermittency of renewable energy.
Connected to the AC bus via its integrated power control system (PCS), it enables bidirectional energy flow, supporting grid frequency/voltage regulation, reactive power compensation, and smooth solar grid connection.
Controlled by a smart energy management system (EMS), it achieves real-time system monitoring, remote control, and automatic energy dispatch, resulting in low-maintenance and high-efficiency operation.E

Up to 10 units can be connected in parallel: A single POC cabinet supports up to 10 418kWh Energy Storage System (ESS) cabinets connected in parallel, with a maximum total system capacity of 4.18MWh. This allows for a small-scale start and gradual expansion based on increasing energy demand, avoiding excessive upfront investment.
Centralized and unified control: All parallel cabinets are centrally managed by the POC cabinet, enabling synchronized energy dispatch, fault monitoring, and coordinated operation, simplifying system management.
Unified energy management system coordination: The centralized energy management system coordinates all parallel cabinets, optimizing energy dispatch and maximizing solar self-consumption rate.
