Mono N-type High Efficiency Half Cell/Bifacial Solar Modules

 

N-type solar panels offer superior efficiency, longer-lasting power output, better performance in heat and low light, and higher energy gains from their rear side compared to traditional panels.

The higher purity of N-type silicon and superior passivation of TOPCon/HJT technologies minimize electron recombination, resulting in greater power output from an equally sized panel. And they are immune to light-induced degradation and more resistant to potential-induced degradation, ensuring stable performance and higher long-term energy yield. A less negative temperature coefficient allows N-type panels to outperform in high-temperature environments. Higher bifaciality enables N-type panels to produce significantly more energy from rear-side light capture. N-type bifacial panels boast a higher bifaciality factor, enabling them to generate significantly more energy from reflected light on the rear side than P-type panels.

Hybrid Inverter

 

This advanced hybrid inverter is engineered to maximize energy harvest and system flexibility. It supports PV input up to 200% of its rated power with a high 21A current, ensuring full compatibility with the latest high-wattage solar panels. For energy storage, it offers exceptional versatility with compatibility for a wide range of battery capacities (100-314Ah) and powerful 200A charge/discharge currents, making it ideal for cost-saving peak-valley arbitrage. The unit ensures reliability with a 160% overload capacity for motor startups and accepts generator input across a broad power range. Further enhancing flexibility are two independent battery connections. Ready to unlock additional income through VPP participation, the system is completed by a user-friendly 7-inch industrial-grade interface for local monitoring and control.

This high-voltage lithium battery system offers customizable configurations, with DC voltage optimized for inverter compatibility and scalable capacity from 100 kWh to 250 kWh. Engineered for large-scale commercial and industrial energy storage, it delivers high energy density, extended cycle life, and superior safety performance. Ideal for solar integration, peak shaving, and critical backup power applications.

Solar accessories include PV DC cables (4mm², 6mm², 10mm², etc.), AC cables, MC4 solar-compatible connectors, and a customized PV combiner box forsolar panel connections—featuring anti-reverse diodes, DC circuit breakers, DC fuses, surge protection devices, and lightning protection—all housed in an IP65

waterproof enclosure for outdoor PV systems, along with essential solar panel installation tools.
