It adopts mature LFP cells and a modular integrated architecture, and is designed for industrial and commercial energy storage, PV support, grid peak shaving and other scenarios. It can operate stably in both on-grid and off-grid modes.

Based on a high-safety lithium iron phosphate system, this containerized energy storage container improves usable capacity by approximately 15% and system efficiency by 2% through a DC-free inter-cluster design. It features modular fire protection and safety isolation, making it suitable for environments up to 50°C. With a design life of over 15 years, it supports rapid deployment and capacity expansion, making it a cost-effective integrated solution for high-power, long-duration energy storage scenarios.

Product Description

 

This 40ft all-in-one energy storage container is the core energy hub of a solar hybrid power system, undertaking three key roles: photovoltaic energy absorption, multi-source coordination, and load assurance. As the junction node of DC photovoltaic and AC loads, it efficiently stores surplus photovoltaic power, solving the problem of intermittent renewable energy. Through seamless linkage with the mains power and diesel generators, it achieves millisecond-level switching and peak shaving, reducing fuel consumption and operation and maintenance costs. At the same time, it provides stable and uninterrupted power supply for critical loads, serving as a core support for improving system reliability, economy, and power quality.

Featuring premium LiFePO4 cells from leading brands (EVE/REPT), our 40ft container delivers a total capacity of 2411 kWh, with over 8000 cycles for long-lasting, reliable performance.
 
PCS (Power Conversion System):
 
Enables seamless bidirectional AC/DC conversion, while stabilizing voltage/frequency and coordinating with the BMS to ensure safe, efficient operation. 
 
EMS (Energy Management System);
 
The intelligent brain of the system, optimizing charge/discharge strategies based on load, PV output and grid conditions, while enabling real-time monitoring, safety protection and remote scheduling.

The Sail Solar 40ft 2411kWh energy storage container adopts a modular integrated architecture. The battery pack uses high-safety lithium iron phosphate cells and supports customized capacity and voltage. The PCS realizes bidirectional power conversion, ensuring efficient and stable system operation. The BPU box and DC combiner cabinet are responsible for high-voltage safety control and power collection.
